7002 is the error code; 0006904 is the printer page count.

Error means-

Toner motor 2 overcurrent detection error (cyan toner)

• The engine controller PWB (A0004)

detected the overcurrent of toner

Possable causes-
1. Lump of toner inside cyan toner container or defectiveness of toner replenishment drive system.
Replace the cyan toner container.
2. Defective toner motor 2.
Replace the toner motor 2.
3. Defective engine controller PWB (A0004).
Replace the engine controller PWB (A0004).

It means your system has the dreaded RROD Or Red Ring Of Death,

If you turn the system on and hold the sync button and then hit the eject button, You can find its code you will have to do it 4 times, 1 light means 1 2 lights means 2 3 Means 3 and 4 lights means 0.

also look at the back of your system locate the manufacture date, If it's within 3 years of that date don't open the system call microsoft and have them fix it for free.

usually with mitsubishi a 1 2 code is no error

it means one of the two soldered in pico fuses that protect the convergence circuit is blown.


What is actual model number of the set--begins with vs, ws, or wt.

I can tell you what is needed for the repair--2,2 is short protection and 98% of the time it means a problem in the convergence circuit.

it means that the control board is not sensing the water pressure (this tells the machine how much water to put in the washer) in my experience you have to replace the control board which will cost over 200 plus labor which will be over a 100
