Hey Astria Morgan, thanks for your post!

From my understanding your Frigidaire range oven door is not locking. It sounds like a possible problem with your door latch assembly or control panel. In order to provide you accurate diagnosis I would recommend reaching out to a professional for proper component replacement. Hope this is helpful to some degree. -Matt

Frigidaire door lock won't reset

Hello Steven Krenz - Was the unit in self-clean mode? Try pressing and holding the "Clear/Off" button to stop any operation of the EOC. Do this at the same time while pushing and hold the light switch to the left of the door lock. Usually this will trick the oven into unlocking the door. If it is ineffective, try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and redo the steps. If door continues to maintain locked while open, the unit may possibly have a faulty door latch or a communication problem with the EOC. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.

Closed door, pushed clean button, but door lock button keeps flashing and door won't lock.

Hello there and welcome to Fixya
This is a fairly common problem with self cleaning ovens
The problem normally is that the user has interrupted the clean cycle and the door is locked by default or the door lock assy has failed all together .
Now here is the thing these ovens have a built in memory module that stores a number of commands that the user has input in it like self clean or broil ect.ect so what you will have to do is to clear the memory and it is done like this.
First unplug the oven and do not touch it leave it sit for a minimum of 1 hour this will reset the memory module
Now only after the hour is up plug in the oven and you may hear a beep ora click if so great wait a few min then you can press the cancel button then try to open the door again.

My frigidaire oven wont stop beeping and it has a f9 code

Hi

F9 is a door lock error and to solve this issue you can hold the light switch for 15 seconds, this will reset the control. If it won't work then hold the light switch in and set the unit to clean and after a minute press cancel to cancel the clean cycle. If still it won't work then the door lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Trying to remove front doors from Frigidaire Double oven.

Open the door fully and with a small screw driver, look closely at the hinge area on the oven cavity. There you will see a small lever that will rotate down and lock the door in place. Once in the locked position, begin closing door, you will feel the door 'catch' then lift the door off of the oven.
The door can now be disassembled and cleaned.

Frigidaire oven door locked

SOME RANGES ARE DESIGNED TO LOCK IF THE CONTROL SENSES A TEMPERATURE EXTREME. IF THERE IS A FAILURE OF THE SENSOR THAT MAKES THE CONTROL THINK THE TEMP IS UP, IT WILL LOCK THE DOOR TO PREVENT INJURY. REMOVE THE BACK PANEL AND FIND THE OVEN SENSOR LEADS COMING OUT THE BACK OF THE OVEN. DISCONNECT THE SENSOR AND CHECK THE RESISTANCE. AT ROOM TEMP IT SHOULD BE SOMEWHERE AROUND 1084 OHMS. IF IT IS NOT CLOSE,
THE SENSOR IS BAD. PLUG IN A NEW SENSOR AT THAT CONNECTOR AND THE DOOR SHOULD UNLOCK. THEN GET INSIDE THE OVEN, REMOVE THE OLD SENSOR, AND REPLACE IT WITH THE ONE PLUGGED IN.
