SOURCE: hi i would like to

Take it to the store where you purchased it and they will tell you how to get the code. When you bought the phone, there was a booklet inside of the box it came in that contains the security code.

I have a blu neo 4.5 and it is in safe mode asking me for a privacy protection pin and i never set one up how do i unlock my phone so i can use it again?

it is possibly asking you for the pin (persoal identification number)code that you have to enter before the unit will work. If you do not have the number you will have to contact your service provider , provide proof of your identity and you will be given a number by the provider.

Security code

afaik, there is no default security code on the new nokia series.
when user add new security code, phone only ask new security code not ask to change it default code like 12345 on the older series.
you must re-programming your locked phone if you dont know the code.
