There is no fuse inside SP250. If the unit can't power ON,there maybe damage to the adapter,adapter cord/connector,or broken fuse inside the adapter.
If adapter is in good condition, then the damage is inside SP250.
The possibilities are on regulator section.
Check all parts in this section (figure 1).
Also maybe there is a broken soldering joints at DC input socket.
1. Power-off the PS60.
2. While holding down the four PERFORMANCE
buttons and the OCTAVE DOWN button, power-
on the PS60.
The PS60 will be initialized, and the factory-set data
will be written into internal memory. The display
will indicate "Initializing..." while data is being
written. Never turn off the power while this
indication is shown.
