My kenwood multipro 910 food processor not working

Check the power supply: Ensure that the food processor is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Sometimes, a loose connection or a tripped circuit breaker can cause power issues.

Safety interlock system: The Kenwood Multipro 910 food processor usually has a safety interlock system that ensures all parts are properly assembled before it can start. Check if all the components, such as the bowl, lid, and blade, are correctly locked into place. If any of the parts are not properly assembled, the food processor may not work.

Motor overload protection: If you have been using the food processor for an extended period or with heavy ingredients, the motor may have overheated and triggered the overload protection mechanism. In this case, you will need to allow the motor to cool down for some time before it can restart.

Fuse or circuit breaker: Some food processors have a built-in fuse or circuit breaker that protects the motor from electrical surges. Check if your food processor has a fuse and ensure that it is intact. If it has a circuit breaker, reset it if necessary.

Mechanical issues: If none of the above steps resolve the problem, there might be a mechanical issue with the food processor. It could be a faulty motor, broken wiring, or a malfunctioning switch. In such cases, it is advisable to contact the Kenwood customer support or take the appliance to an authorized service center for repair.

The drip ring and a seal ring dropped into the batter how are they attached on a Kitchen aid MOdel k5-a

The drip ring is held in place by friction. Simply put in place and tap it around with a small hammer (use a piece of wood between the ring)- and hammer).

I don't know what you mean by a "seal ring." The only piece I can thong of is a rubber o-ring around the agitator shaft (where you attach the beater). If it somehow broke and worked loose you will have to disassemble the machine to either replace the shaft assembly or to fit a new o-ring. The K5=-A service manual is available on line with a bit of searching.

Kenwood prospero wont start

Hi on my new Kenwood Prospero+ model khc29h0wh (but applies to all) I had same problem: dough mixer and high speed mixer working, but "medium speed" food processor and Juicer not working.
After lots of time I realised... the lid of the Juicer/Processor actually locks in three different positions, but only one of these (with the handle corresponding to a mark) actually locks lowering a white plastic security prong that activates the switch. It is the position in which the lid and container prongs coincide.

Agitator shaft replace

Yes

If you have not gotten this taken care of yet. Turn your mixer upside down and remove the silver drip ring and then take out the drive pin with a punch, the pin holds the planetary on and in place. now with 2 screwdrivers from position 5 o'clock and 7 o'clock gently but firmly pry up until the planetary breaks loose and comes of the center shaft, now you will need some snap ring plyers to remove the agitator shaft, once you look at it you will see how to take apart easy.

Food processor assembly

I'm going to take a guess that you can't get it to work....tell me if I'm wrong. The biggest mistake people make when assembling their food processors is putting the bowl on backward. It will not run if the bowl is on backward. The handle on the bowl should face the front of the base. Once you click that into place, put the blade on, then lid and lastly the pusher. For safety reasons, all of that has to be in place for it to work.

Somehow the O-Ring is coming off of the Vertical Center Shaft (11)
That rubber ring prevents Oil from the transmission gears dripping down
to the Planetary into your mix.

The food processor driveshaft jumps out of engagement when feeding vegetables in. The slot on the end of the driveshaft does not appear worn, to my eye. But it does not snap onto the engaging crosspin...

hello,

what the problem of engages and disengage indicate from your explanation is that there have been a failure of wire that is apower supply problem .

but for the shaft that jump out from it position it can be replace back to it place

carefully unscrew the processor from the screw if any with a screw driver (technician tools) then first of all try to see if you can fine the loose wire i disc oust about if there is non the it then mean that the shaft have gone bad which will need a replacement to get a better one of it and the same size you will have to take the processor to the store that a technician store around you well you can get a good part that will be compatible or at the producer office or branch.

thank you and thanks for using fixya.

Planetary ring

ok im going to take a shot at this its been a while since ive been in a school kitchen
with the planetary ring its supposed to be tapped in make a jig by getting a 2x6 board and 2 2x4s they dont have to be long screw the boards together with the 2 2x4 standing 4 inch up across from each other about the size of the blender head
the wood is to support mixer while on its head and to keep from teetering around
put down down a piece of foam
put the mixer on its head upside down
now you have to find an old plastic sturdy made cup the size of the ring its gotta be able to take a beating (the cup)
but not a hard beating this will help in seating the panetary ring
now get another piece of foam
glue to top of cup let dry then trim around the cup evenly out side and on the inside leave a little foam over the inside edge
place ring on planetary drive where it goes put cup over ring make sure the cup matches size of ring
now get a wood rubber or small pin hammer and tap lightly on the cup till the ring sits itself back into position this is the safest way to place the ring
use a little appliance greese on inside ring lightly to help ease into place

now if any part of the ring is bent i dont recommend placing of old ring i would suggest buying a new ring for mixer
