Measure the pins center to center. There are three common spacings.
1/2 inch, 11/16 inch and 1 1/16 inch..
Appliance cords are available at most hardware stores including Lowes, Home Depot, Menards and even in the electrical departments of many other stores. If you have your old cord it is easy to compare the plugs. There is a 3/8 inch difference between the 11/16" plug and the 1 1/16" so it is easy to see the difference.

I was given a welbilt raditor type space heater it had a adapter on it that was melted. we replaced it with a 2 prong wire, should the cord be warm ? it is working

No the cord should not be warm,, either the cord wire size is to small or the outlet amperage is not large enough. The cord warms up, because it is pulling to high of amps for the size of the wire, and the cord is starting to act like a heating element. My guess is that the replacement cord is a smaller wire size and is not safe to use, need to use a larger wire size cord. I hope this helps.

Jump it 1000a does it come with a plug. If so I can't find it can I use an extension cord

Does not come with a cord plug. Manual can be found at link below. from the manual :
When an extension cord is used, make sure that: a) the pins of extension cord are the same number, size and shape as those in the charger, b) the extension cord is properly wired and in good electrical condition, c) the wire size is large enough for the AC rating of the charger.

Neighbor mowed the extension cord and mower won't start

Check the cord has been properly replaced. Check circuit with a meter (NOT connected to mains) The live pin on plug should connect to live pin on motor switch etc. (need to take off cover on switch unit)
Cutting through the cord should not have damaged the mower.

Where can I get a philips deep fryers power cord. I lost the power cord.

If it is a non-magnet type you can purchase them here:
http://brands.hardwarestore.com/33-118-woods-industries.aspx

The first 2nd and 4th cords are the female cords.
I am thinking this is the cord your looking for:
http://electrical.hardwarestore.com/12-33-appliance-replacement-cords/appliance-cord-652573.aspx
Fits all standard brand roasters, broilers and deep fryers using pin spacing of 1-1/16".

Take a look at the picture on this web link of the 3 power cords.
(scroll down just a little)

http://www.toastercentral.com/cords.htm

The pin spacing sizes are 1/2", 11/16", and 1 & 1/16ths inch.

Then you can go to this page:

http://electrical.hardwarestore.com/12-33-appliance-replacement-cords.aspx

scrolling down the same distance and look at the details of each cord.

Most large hardware stores have these cords if you know the Woods Industries number. Usually 0288, 0290, 0291, 0293 There are a few others but they are all in the same range from 0288 - 0293 (WOODS INDUSTRIES)

If you can not find it at a hardware any appliance parts center will also have them. Just remember the WOODS INDUSTRIES numbers.

Human touch HTT 800 just beeping from back, not remote

Just had this problem with our HTT 800. Discovered it was the curled phone-like cord attached to the remote that had been chewed through by one of our dogs. Some electric tape fixed it right up. Still looking for a replacement. Anyone know where I can find one? A standard-size phone cord does not work with this, as it is too large.
