How do i get my roku to work on sharp aquos? - Aquos Sharp Televison & Video

The NFL has contracts with specific networks to air the live games. Roku does not have access to theses networks nor does it support NFL Sunday Ticket. There are sports channels available on Roku, but some have serious limitations and all come at an additional cost. See this link for details.....

Hold VOLUME UP and CHANNEL UP buttons in while plugging set into power.
TV comes up in service mode.
Press CHAN + or CHAN - to select an adjustment that you want to change
Press VOL+ or VOL- to adjust

If your Tv has this many HDMI ports it will have a menu to access each one separate. Go to your Tv's settings menu and look for your HDMI ports to use.

Use the HDMI cable on the Roku. The reason you don't have audio from the laptop is because the HDMI out on the laptop has no audio on it. You need to use a 3.5 mm audio cable to connect the laptop audio to the TV.

You have to go into the setup of the Roku and select 16x9 and HDMI.

according to roku support hdmi won't work with the aquos as of today (1/6/2010). i have no idea if it's an hdcp issue or not

Go to the roku player settings and change the display type to HDTV and confirm it
