Why will my C813 suddenly no longer load pics to my computer?

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

If you insist on connecting your camera to your computer, what program(s) are you using for the download? What operating system do you have on your computer? If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

you can bypass easy this problem with a low cost card reader. you insert you flash card in the card reader..and you see the pics on you computer under the voice my pc... regards

Yes you can put a few pictures on the SD card, you can transfer pictures back and forward while the camera is connected to the PC or you can transfer them via a card reader.

To up load you have to make that the Kodak easyshare ICON on your desk top is open. Then turn on your camera plug in the usb cable to your camera and to the PC . the pic will up load automatic . I hope this helps .
