I CAN'T RECEIVE CALLS...

Both the New Jersey and Virginia Plans dealt with how the states should be represented in Congress. The Virginia Plan favored states with a large population, which back then, meant states like Virginia and Massachusetts. The Virginia Plan said that states should be represented according to their population. The greater the population of a state, the more representatives they would have.
The New Jersey Plan favored the small states, such as New Jersey and Rhode Island. This plan called for every state to receive the same number of representatives, regardless of population.
The Constitutional Convention ended up adopting both plans through what was called the Great Compromise. The New Jersey Plan would be used in the upper house, or Senate. Every state would receive two representatives--no more, no less.

You need to use a service that supplies data. Voice only will work to make voice calls, but won't have a data plan associated with it. Data only plans will work, after a fashion, but you would need to use Skype to make voice calls...

So a voice+data plan assigned to a SIM is what you need to use a phablet properly.

Hi it works but if you are using the net and adding your phone number they still get it I have been their my self and if you get a call just tell you are on the plan and to remove you from their list to be honest I don't think the plan works as it was intend to

It would appear that you cont have a service provider or your account is not current (you may owe them money).

There are a couple things going on here, and this is complicated by the idea that I don't know what country you are in and please do not say.

Is this a "Pay as you go phone"? If yes, you must purchase "air time" to make or receive telephone calls and messages. If this is not "Pay as yo go", you must subscribe to a service plan of some company where you live. Such plans usually require a commitment to continue the plan for some period of time.

What you describe is exactly what I would expect from a telephone that has no plan what so ever. If you expect to make and receive calls and send and receive messages, you have to have a service provider.

If you DO have a provider and IF your account is current, I suggest yo call them now and get your account straightened out. How can you call them when your phone will not work? Use a different phone.

You would have to call the phone company and have them block long distance calls.

The same thing happened to me. I called Cricket and they reprogrammed my phone. Didn't work. They then suggested I upgrade to the "True Rate" plans, which are the same plans I had on my account for $5 more per month, so I did. Didn't work. They then told me that I needed to call Verizon, Tmobil, and Sprint because the issue was with them, not Cricket's unwavering service. Problem started 12/23 and I still only get one letter per text from non-Cricket customers. Load of bs if you ask me.
