Have you checked your cartridge also try do an alignment test

Have you tried a new cartridge?

Open up the left side door and push in all of the chargers to make sure they are seated.

Open the fron door, there is a blue / green plastic tab that you pull towards you to clean the charge wire.

Do it 5 times.
