Fuser unit Error code, you can try to reset, but if the code still there, you need to change the fuser unit.This is the way to reset your fuser code;On the panel press 1087 1087this will take you to the service mode,(look into the screen)now on the panel again press 163 and hit the start key.Look in the screen, you will see execute, select execute by the arrow and hit the start key, the machine will turn off then on. or it will ask you to turn the main power off than on. this might fix your problem, if not! change the fuser. there are many reasons for this .first make sure you installed the toner container very well. second type 1087 twice to service menue then type 30 to chick motors then exit and type 130 to adjust toner mode when the machine stop turne it off-on

Hi, When replacing DC/main PWB or engine board, be sure to remove the EEPROM from DC, main PWB or engine board that has been removed and then re-attach it to the new DC/main PWB or Engine PWB, cheers

waste toner motor error, under cover on right side of machine, will have to be replaced. also motor could of damaged PWB.

Go through the maintenance procedures in your manual. All cleaning should be done which probably includes roller cleaning but you should run it through all the procedures.

Could be the paper full tab is "stuck up" at the exit, or at least unplug the finisher from the unit and cycle power, pull away and see if it prints. -Carl

1. need to get the IP address of the printer, print a configuration page from the printer and that should have it on it

2. open up the add a printer wizard and for the port you need to create a new tcp/ip port with the ip address of the printer

3. you need to have the drivers available on your computer to complete the addition of the printer
