knee replacement pain is gone after 3 months max
if you kneel on that knee, that will cause you pain as that is a no no for knee replacements
go back to the specialist doctor who did the operation, ask for ultra sound and x-rays to see if something has gone wrong
If he is evasive , get a second opinion
This and your other posts indicate you probably do need specialist help. There are some quite heavy duty prescription pain killers available for arthritis pain but most of them have side effects and need a doctors supervision.
There are some other things which can usefully be done, like losing weight (reduces joint pressure) and aqua-exercising.
I do sympathise as I get osteoarthritis pain myself, although manageable.
If you have such access and can afford it, I'd ask the doctor for a referral to a specialist in arthritis pain management and treatment.

Finding good seating is tough.
Better models will have more adjustments on the seats but if you search you may be able to find a mint low mileage 1996 Honda which is like new and then you will have a seat you know works for you.
Otherwise.....you could take your seat with you.

Please visit with your doctor. You may have a dangerous blood clot, and if it's not properly treated, it could give you a stroke. It may even kill you.
You should consult with a doctor first for sure to make sure no damage will be done to your knee. If the doctor will say that it is ok then sure take it
