I recently purchased this unit used for about 10 days when the last hurricane came thru east Texas. It had been running on butane and was unhooked when I purchaed it. don't know how long unhooked. I followed the manual and changed the "carberator" to LP gas and installed the proper regulator. Tried to start, but it would not. Checked the fuel solenoid, and it is getting 12 volts during cranking. thought it might be bad, so installed a new one. Before istalling new solenoid, turned the gas on for a second, so it is flowing up to the solenoid. Still won't start. It is getting fire to the plugs during cranking, pullede one spark plug wire off and stuck a screw driver in the wire, it jumped flame about 3/4". Any suggestions?
Is the plug fouled??
Its not get any fuel to cylinder the solenoid that lets fuel in is most likely not letting fuel in or regulator is working properly disconnect solenoid going into cylinders jump voltage to it see if you can smell fuel to cylinders if not check for stuck solenoid valve or inoperable regulator!!!Best of Luck to You!!!!

I have already replaced the fuel solenoid. Prior to and after replacement, I have 12 volts at the solenoid (wire #14) during cranking. If the regulator or "carberator" is not working, what should I look for?
Replaced both of them already. I am going to have my local LP distirbutor come out this week and check my pressure. Just because I put a new regulator in the fuel line, it does not necessarily mean it works. thanks for the help
