if timer and power ok, jets may be clogged. try running for 10-15 minutes after tub filled. It may unclog.

When a motor is doing this it is overheating. You should replace the motor as soon as you are able to. This could cause more trouble for you soon because the motor is over heating.

advise client panels will most likely shift or not bond correctly when adhesive is applied to wallpaper also will have a mold problem from moisture trapped between panel and wallpaper and depending on thickness of panels the embossed paper may create bumps/waves in panel
