The minutes do not print for one of these reasons.
1. It is not programmed to print the minutes (it may be programmed for a message, date, year, or other characters.)
2. The Ink ribbon is out of ink. Amano PIX Series Ink Ribbon CE 315151
3. The printer is either out of alignment or needs service
4. The Battery is low/dead.

Follow the steps . To cancel a print right click taskbar and open the printer and cancel the print . Wait for a minute and check has it cancelled . If not then hold the Printer Power button for few seconds , this will clear any jobs which are saved in the memory of the printer.

I suspect that you are looking at a flow control issue and not a printer failure.

You can check the printer driver and make sure your printer options for background printing.

Also, make sure that your document is not too busy. I've had customers complain about slow printing documents and when I examined the documents, I discovered that there were multiple images overlay ed. The data still had to be sent, but only the top image printed.

It takes 30 minutes to print a page

Press and release OK and CANCEL buttons on the unit and release. This will print a self test report. Check the timing. It should not take more than a minute to print a self test page. If it does, please let me know.
