How reliable is the Haier cobination washer and dryer front loader

solved!!!! theres a flaw in the machine, lint builds up in air return area from the back of the machine to the heater, takes about 45 min to fix, take off lid and back pannel, remove weight, remove heater wires and hoses, remove plastic air return area, clean out lint, put back together, the air temp sensor is in the plasic housing in the rear of the plastic housing, the lint blocks air from circulating and triggers warning

Check connections to washer temperature sensor.

I get an error message 13. the clothes are not drying properly I resently
The error 13 probably means that the thermostat is bad. However, Haier labels it as a "Dryer Heater Error". Thus the wiring or heating element could also be faulty. most likly to be thermostat if you remove the lid you should see 2 little round thermostats on top somewhere some stats have a reset button on 1 of the thermostats if there is press it if it clicks try it on a dry to see if it works

Error code 7
The error code 7 is in fact a motor error.
The motor that drives the spin cycle has become faulty. The only solution now is to get an engineer in to fix it or get it sent away to get repaired.
