If you go into your owner manual, you will find a section on adding applications (apps). You need to add the Netflix app to your smart TV. Then you can click on the add and on the first run, add your user name and password. It should work fine for you then.

Hisense doesn`t have Hulu. It has Netflix, Amazon Instant, Vudu, Pandora, Facebook, and Twitter. You cannot add Hulu.

Hisense recently released its new H6 Smart TV, which runs Android's 4.2.2 operating system, with a bevy of Android apps loaded on board, and a 55-inch screen for a record-scratching price of $700. The TV is available at Wal-Mart stores now.

Check your manual ..some tv's use an app store to load apps. follow the instructions in the booklet or go to the makers website. We assume they work like adding apps to tablets or phones, but that isn't always the case.
