I have 128 mb graphic card but fifa 09 dont works smoothly

You could try to download latest drivers to your graphic card and also try lowering the graphical settings from game setup.

when the game cannot play because VGA requirement, then u should buy a graphic card that at least appropriate with video minimum requirement.

You dont need any special driver. The windows7 update will include the updated ATI driver.

Anyway, if tou need any additional driver, goto
www.ati.amd.com
and download "Catalyst" driver

yes your graphic card is outdated ... and fifa 09 does not support it... plz upgrade your graphic card...for fifa09 u should get minimum of 9400gt ... for a little bucks

Sorry to tell you this but this laptops video card is permanently attached to the mother board. So upgrading to a new one is no possible.
