there is no F65, perhaps it's F05 which means it will not empty water (not oumping out). Should av gone to specsavers !

Lay drain hose down, and drain it into a bowl or bucket, if door still does not open, then you have another prob.

The filter
is under the rear of the machine inside the sump hose. Remove the lower rear
inspection panel and tilt the machine forward, keep it tilted by placing a tin
of peas or something under it at the rear. Now put a shallow bowl or dish under
the sump to catch any water that may still be it the drum and remove the
retaining clip. Pull the hose free from the tub and the filter is inside. (Work safe and remove the power plug from the wall before commencing
