Model NFW7200TW Washer wont fill with water

Are you sure you have both hot and cold water connected? Try turning the water valve on, if you don't have hot water make sure you choose cold cycle. That's the first place I'd start.

Water wont go into the machine but the wash light comes on here a clink but dosent fill with water an start cycle help plz

IF YOU ARE SURE THE WATER SUPPLY IS ON. SHUT OFF WATER TO MACHINE AND REMOVE HOSES ON BACK OF MACHINE AND CK SCREEN ON VALVE THEY CAN BECOME PLUGED AND WILL BLOCK WATER FLOW. PUT THE HOSES IN A BUCKET AND TURN ON JUST TO BE SURE IT IS NOT ANOTHER PLUMBING PROBLEM.

Washer stopped and wont turn off

Unplug the appliance from power, or trip the circuit breaker and cut power to the appliance for about five minutes.

While appliance is unplugged check that the drain hose is not kinked and empty water from inside the machine.

Let me know if you still have the problem when you connect the appliance back.
If the appliance does not start back, then there is a faulty part, in that case give me the model number as printed on service tag and tell me when the appliance had been purchased, also tell me the country of purchase.

Many thanks.

LG WF-17014PP will not rinse or spin

check the pump, there is probably a small piece of cloth in there like a sock. This happens all the time. When the motor cant turn the other direction, the locking mechanism to the gears wont engage to do the spin cycle. Turn the wsher on its side, the pump should be easy to remove, they are fasten by two long clips. get back with me if this solves the problem
