You can just log out of your daughter's account and log in to your account. If you don't log out again, and select the 'remember me' option if available, you'll remain logged in.
This looks like two different problems. When your daughter signed in, did she do it on your computer/TV? Did she change anything in your account? Once you have that info, try these things:
If your daughter changed anything, contact her and have her tell you the changes.
If you still can't get in call Netflix.
On the Netflix home page--even without logging in--go to the bottom of the page
In the list you will find "contact us"--click it
You will reach a page that will give you options.
click the words "Call us" that are in blue under the heading "Voice".
This will give you a pop-up with the phone number for your area or an 800 number.
Tell them your problem about not being able to access your account.
Once you can access your account again, log on.
Hover over your name in the upper RH corner
You should see something along the lines of "manage profile". Click that.
The page you come to will allow you to create a profile page for your daughter to access on her own.
Having 2 or more Facebook accounts set up on Facebook from the same computer should not cause a problem as each facebook account uses a different e-mail address... if you click on "account" (top right) in your daughters facebook page, there should be a "log out" link in there...click that and it will take you to the facebook login page, where you should be able to log in with your details to your account
If you still cannot log into your account, click on the link that says "i forgot my password" and they will send you the password if you have forgotten it.
if i understand your problem, the solution would ordinarily be to find where it says "account" on the upper right-hand side of the page. there should be an downward-pointing arrow to the right of this word. click on it. a list will appear, and at the bottom should be a "logout" option. if you click that, it will sign you out of your daughter's account, and you will have the option to log back into your own.
your daughter probably selected a checkbox while logging in that keeps you logged into the account for a while (i.e. it remembers your username and password for, say, a month - but just on that computer). you can either choose not to select this box and ask your daughter to do the same - and then type in your email/password every time you want to access facebook, rather than just once. or you can leave this checkbox and stay logged in, and just hit logout before the next person needs to use the computer.
