I am using a DLINK DSL-2730U router to block some websites on my LAN. But still, a particular machine running Mac OS X is able to access the blocked websites while others can't. What's going wrong with that machine?

I suggests you to go for Linksys. It's a good product when it comes to wireless internet. Linksys router must be plugged in to the modem. On the back of the router, you can plug the vista on port number 1 then your win XP machine can go wireless at the same time.
