Most likely you have merely blown a fuse so check that first.
Next check the wiring to the trailer connection to see if anything has rubbed through to a bare wire

Not all relays are the same so you may have installed the wrong type.Consult the manual (get a copy of RAVE online) and/or contact one of the reputable parts suppliers stating your model and VIN - that will ensure you get the correct replacement

SOURCE: Blower motor stopped working

most common is the blower motor resistor or "module" going out. but if you have 12volts to the resistor the motor should work on "HI" but not on any other speed. if it doesnt work at all, you might have a bad motor. just to be safe id replace both. neither one is too hard to replace. three 5/16" bolts for the motor and two 5/16" for the resistor they are both under the glove box

SOURCE: Indicators not flashing on Audi TT

i believe the audi uses two relays for the turn signals and hazzard lights so it would appear the turn relay has failed. it should be located under the dash near the steer column.... seems to me me they have some shielding under the dash so it may be hard to get to.

SOURCE: battery terminal gets extremely hot. just replaced alterantor and battery. battery indicator light also on.

Sounds like for one reason or another that alternator is putting out too much voltage to battery. Did mechanic check to see if new alternator was rated same or close to old one, as in amperage rating? Pulley on new alternator same size? You'll need to get it to another mechanic who knows what he's doing, obviously that guy wasn't too concerned with curing your problem. That's why I was hoping you had a voltage reading when running.

SOURCE: have no indicators, hazards work,no fuses are blown

somewhere along your steering column behind the dash should be a module called the electronic flasher module. This unit controls your turn signals and works separate from your hazards. Odds are the unit has gone bad...

How do I rectify indicator lights not working at all, on a 2003 Toyota Prado (Petrol)

If the blinkers on the car are working when the trailer is not connected but they fail when you connect the trailer plug, it is because the LOAD of the bulbs on the trailer exceed the capacity of the BLINKER CIRCUIT of the vehicle. I would recommend replacing the tail lights on the trailer with LED tail lights. Did that on my travel trailer, and it solved the problem 100%

2003 Yukon XL Denali Trailer Light Problems

Lighting control module ? ?????? Hazard / flasher module ! Now ( there''s not even an electrical signal where the fuse plugs into the interior fuse panel.) What FUSE ??????

Stop Lamps
The STOP LP 25 A fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the normally open stop lamp switch. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the switch contacts close and battery positive voltage is supplied to both the STOP 15 A fuse and the CHMSL 10 A fuse in the I/P fuse block, and to the turn signal/hazard module. The turn signal/hazard module then supplies voltage to both of the trailer rear turn/stop lamp supply voltage circuits. The voltage from the CHMSL 10 A fuse is to the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) and the trailer jumper harness. The voltage from the STOP 15 A fuse is to the stop lamps, throttle actuator control (TAC) module, and the cruise control.
Backup Lamps
The backup lamp request signal is sent from the powertrain control module (PCM) to the body control module (BCM) on the Class 2 message system. This signal is based on the park neutral position (PNP) switch signal. The BCM supplies voltage on the backup lamp supply voltage circuit to the backup lamps and to the automatic day/night mirror. Voltage for the courtesy lamp supply voltage circuit and backup lamp supply voltage circuit is from the TBC B fuse in the instrument panel fuse block directly through the BCM to these circuits. A short to ground on either of these circuits will open the fuse. The backup lamps are grounded at G401.
For trailer wiring, a separate backup lamp circuit is connected through the underhood fuse block from the TRLR B/U 10 A fuse to the trailer wiring harness.
Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
The IGN E 10 A fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/hazard switch assembly. The FLASH 25 A fuse in the I/P fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/flasher module and ground is supplied at G200. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a voltage signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the turn sign/flasher module. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the turn sign/flasher module. The turn sign/flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal through the LT TRLR, RT TRLR, LT TURN or RT TURN 10 A fuses in the I/P fuse block to the appropriate turn signal or to all 4 fuses for hazard operation. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicators receive voltage from the LT TURN and RT TURN fuses as well as the DDM/PDM for the mirror turn signals. The DDM/PDM has no function or control of the mirror turn signals other that a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are on. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators. The front turn signals are grounded at G100. The rear turn signals are grounded at G401. The Mirror turn signals are grounded by the DDM/PDM.

Turn lights wont work

The indicators have a few components in their system, being: The indicator switch The Flasher Unit/Relay The fuse & wiring The bulbs The Hazard light switch.
If the hazard switch is broken or disconnected it will stop the indicators from working, so you could check that. You can check the indicator fuse, which should be labeled on the fuse cover. If it is blown, there is likely a fault that has caused it to blow, more often than not a problem with the trailer hitch or a trailer that has been towed. The next culprit is the flasher unit. They are usually found in the fuse area, it is a black box, looks much like a relay, but slightly taller. If this is faulty it will cause the indicators to either stay on without flashing, or not work at all. You can check this by disconnecting it, and connecting a test light to the terminals, one at a time while working the indicator stalk (key on) If the light lights up then this confirms the switch is okay, and the flasher is likely faulty.

Hi The Indicator lights on my A6 stay on

Which indicators? You mean the turn signals? If so it's your hazard relay - built into the hazard light switch. Get a new one at the dealer or from www.ecstuning.com, change it out, and you should be good to go.
