On my yamaha 375 receiver if I connect digital or hdmi it disables the balance/bass treble etc but they work with anolog don't know if yours might be the same just abit strang if anolog doing it aswell

The earth strap goes from any solid mount on the engine to any solid mount on the chassis. I dont know if this will help solve all of your problems but it certainly wont do any harm.

spring mount was broken and took advice of above post...tied a zap strap to one of the holes in the frame and then attached spring to zap strap! works like a charm!

Real low bass is mostly vibration. Anything that has a "mega bass" 'enancement' is cutting corners to make up for bass-reproduction shortcomings. Speakers measuring 2-5/8' have no business reproducing real bass. Blown speakers would be silent. Torn cones from excessive volume might sound like unwanted vibration. Your vibration might be a resonance of the unit's own housing, mounting hardware or something nearby. Try moving it to another location.

These units are not economically repairable. If you like it and you think it's broken you might snag a whole new on on eBay with wise bidding.

my ice watch strap has Brocken but pins are still one the strap what can I do

could be the transmission going out or something as simply as a broken damper strap. with the washer turned OFF open the lid and check for extreme side to side or front to back movement of the outer tub. if there is then you need to order replacement dampener straps or mounting straps. its late here and I don't remember exactly what they are called LOL
