the deflection board has failed. You would require the ITC222A deflection board which is the second board listed on the following page which has a warranty and comes with installation instructions

Mosty likely when you turned it off from the wall,it must blown the fuse because of the way it was shut off suddenly.
If you can open it up if not than take it to a qualified Tech to get it fixed.

do nothing except reset, if in warranty call Mitsubishi.

Unplug the tv about an hour,replug it back in should reset it self and work.Not, the power supply board it dead,that the board where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Ur DM power board is dead,have burn capacitors,check all the puff up capacitors,and replace it.

after picture is lost, does the screen remain lighting?

the intruction are at the back of the battery .
1 turn on tv
2 press and hold Code Search untill all device bottons light( they will all turn green)
3 press tv button. tv botton will stay on
4 press power repeatedly untill tv turns off
5 press enter and you are all set
repeat 1-5 for vcr , ect
