USUALLY THE BLACK IS ALWAYS GROUND AND THE RED CARRIES THE FUSE. IF IT DOES NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM I GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A TECHNICIAN .THANK YOU.
