Sometimes 88.7 , 89.1 just run a scan and wherever the radio sounds clear then thats your station, make sure to preset it in your memory.

There is no region hack known for PADVD-360, I will post procedures for similar models.


The following worked on PDVD-309. Should work on 360 as well.
On remote control press SETUP
Using right arrow key, press 3 times to reach PREFERENCE PAGE
Key in numbers: 1379
Region Code appears in the middle of the screen.
Using down arrow key, press 2 times to select region 0.
Press enter.

On other AS models:
Try the procedure below.
As service code try first 5168, if that does not work, try again with 9735
Power on the DVD player.
Open the tray.
Key in service code on the remote.
A secret menu should appear which lets you change the region as well as showing you the firmware revision and other settings.
Set it to region 0

Could recover on 2 April!

People don't realise that factory car audio is operated by and monitored by the Body Control Module (BCM) on a computer network. Your warning chimes and indicator clickers are generated by the BCM and played through the car audio system. The computer has no idea that this new device is! Take it to an auto electrician or to an Alarm / Audio installer and see if their professional bi-directional grade scan tool computer can reprogram the BCM to ignore your device. Or just put the old one back. ..

Running straight power from the battery suggests there's another option, as for instance running mains power... How could having two ground wires work, please?

MP4 is a codec that is not compatible with this DVD player. Your DVD player will play store bought DVDs just fine. Please read the specifications in the owners manual to see what codecs are compatible with your player.
