Problem with printer code c2557-due to this not able to print any document

hi try to print if the line are the then you need to change the drum and the clean blade

Well the first thing that will cross ones mind is the ink level.

So check the ink level on the pc will printing a document.

Because this problem mostly caused due to low ink level, try changing the cartridges.

the colour catridge has nothing to do with the black and white print out if it is a text document. please check you have placed the black catridge propely and in correct positon. and try printing out the pages

You may use this a copier but usually, all in one printers used as copier take a long time to produce print outs. It isn't as robust as It usually scans the pages first (duration is the same as scanning a document) then prints it out (duration is the same as printing a document from a PC).

In my experience with our multifunction printer, a single page can be photocopied in about 45 seconds to 1 minute. It isn't as robust as photocopying machines.

Check that you have nothing in the print Que. or spooler stalled

this is not a network problem.because machine is receiving documents thats why light is blinking. check the paper in the tray whether they are of correct size, change the paper size from computer, or call your tech service rep it may be due to usb cable or faulty network cable, or it may be the problem of main communication board of photocopier machine.

You might be running low on black ink and it's not an item when you print from your computer because the settings you are calling for are different. The computer asks you if you want to print normal...to best, etc.
