No such thing as a bios driver. The manufacturer provides download for os drivers for the board's chipsets, bios flash updates, and user manual. The can be obtained at the following link.
If you've lost the bios password, you'll probably have to 'flash' the bios. If you feel comfortable enough, you can dismantle the laptop and remove the motherboard battery for several minutes, then replace it and reassemble the system, see if the password has been cleared. (Note: The motherboard battery is NOT the laptop battery; you have to remove both!)
