SOURCE: Locked??

You will probably have to have your service provider help you with this ... Best thing to do after you get in is do a hard reset.

SOURCE: Locked??

You need the password to unlock it. If you bought it on ebay you should contact the seller.

Galaxy 6. How can I bypass password?

Samsung Galaxy S6: How to bypass Password:

Hello. You'll need to enter in your password first in order to get into the phone, and then set the phone to no security so that you can get into your device without having to enter it all the time, if it has become annoying. I would suggest at least using a simple swipe pattern to lock your phone

1. Enter screen unlock password
2. Go to:
Settings>Device>Lock screen>
(under screen security)
tap on "Screen Lock"
(enter your screen unlock password to confirm)
select: None, or Swipe, or pattern

==

if you are unable to select: None or Swipe
because they are greyed out
like this:

bypass-password-galaxy-6-kyzl0pi20tqzz121bvlihxv0-2-0.jpg then you will have to just clear the credentials in security..
(this happens when you select a high security option)

go to:
Settings>Security>Clear Credentials
then go back to
selecting your new lock screen option

then, Go to:
Settings>Device>Lock screen>
(under screen security)
tap on "Screen Lock"
(enter your last screen unlock password to confirm)
select: None, or Swipe, or pattern

All you need is open your phone and locate the touch screen connection that connected on your screen, then remove it carefully and clean it and insert again, then open your phone,,,
if nothing's happen, you will now have to buy a new screen to replace it

Someone has locked my Q5 blackberry screen

Hello Oscar,

In order for you to unlock your Blackberry Q5, it implies that you will loose all the data and information on it. The only way to have your data and information intact is to unlock it with the actual or correct password or passcode. If you probably know the person that locked it, as him/her for the password or passcode, but if you don't know the person, then your device will have to reset itself back to factory settings after trying with several passwords which are not correct.

So to unlock it, it means you have to keep trying to use different passcode till the device ask you to type in the word 'blackberry' for a reset. I advise that you remove your memory card before trying this.

Hope am able to solve your problem.

Thank you.

Hi, my bb9000 consumes battery very fast please advice what should i do in this regard?

Instructions
    • 1 Turn off your wireless and Bluetooth when they are not in use. If you leave your wireless settings on, your phone is constantly looking for a wireless connection, even if one isn't readily available. This eats up battery power. Touch "Manage Connections" from your home screen and select "Off" for wireless connection. Then turn your wireless on when you know a connection is available.
    • 2 Close applications when you're finished using them. Leaving applications running uses memory and battery power, especially if those applications send you frequent notifications, like Facebook. Once you're done using an application, use the Blackberry button and select "Close" at the bottom of the menu to close the app completely and avoid notifications until you open the app again.
    • 3 Use your applications wisely. If you're running short on battery life, it may not be a good time to run Google Maps or other applications that use a lot of battery power. In general, battery-consuming applications are those the need a constant internet or data connection and cause you to receive frequent notifications.
    • 4 Change your vibrate notifications so that they occur less frequently, and use audio notifications when you can. Vibration actually uses more battery life than a ring tone. While you may need to put your phone on vibrate when you need to use your phone discreetly, shortening the amount of vibration notifications you get can conserve battery life. Choose "Options" from your home screen, and then "Sounds and Ringtones." Choose "Ringtones" from the drop down menu and select the type of ringtone you want. To decrease the volume of your vibration -- and therefore the power you use -- press the volume buttons on the side of the phone when the phone is in vibrate mode.
    • 5 Decrease the backlight timeout, which keeps the keys on your Bold lit for a specified amount of time after you stop using them. The shorter the timeout, the less battery power you'll waste. Visit "Options" from your home screen and then choose "Screen/Keyboard." Adjust the backlight settings so you only have three to five second before timeout and the backlight shuts off. You can also use the settings to dim the backlight to use less power.

My battery dies half way through the day without even using it, is there something running on the phone draining the battery?

Hi

BBM ( blackberry messenger) could be a drain, especially with that many contacts pinging you all day long. Is your brightness on high? That is another big power drag. What apps are you running?
What themes have you installed? You can try reinstalling the OS. Check what applications are running on your device in the background, press the Menu key then choose Switch Applications. You will see the icons of each application there.
There are commonly four or five applications that will always be running (Messages, Call Logs/Phone, BlackBerry Messenger, Home screen, and the Browser; there are other third party applications such as Bee Jive, and BlackBerry Alerts which will also run in the background which you cannot close if you want them to operate). Make certain that the browser is NOT on an active webpage (open the browser and choose Menu > Close). Close any other applications that do not need to be running (the camera or a game you were playing or Google Maps). Also make certain BlackBerry Maps is not running in the background.
Do a simple reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Now, watch your battery use the next few days again and see how it goes. Make sure you close or exit ALL applications properly: If you just hit the red "end call" key to go back to the home screen the application actually stays open and running in the background. If you do this repeatedly you will have lots of apps open and consequently your memory will get used up. Lack of memory is the biggest reason your BlackBerry slows to a crawl or locks up. If you get into the habit of actually using the menu key to close the applications this will at least slow down this battery drain and memory-clogging process.

Please get back to us if you have further query or else please accept the solution.
