Cant put videos

Well i dont know how to put videos on my sansai tried to send videos from realplayer but it didnt work

If you put some videos to your sansai try to convert first "3gp file" Or mp4 file because there's is specific file to put videos to you sansai

    in your computer go to google and find some software to covert a "MP3 file" 3Gg file to convert your videos to your sansai if you find it then convert it, and send in your sansai by using usb cable from your computer to sansai

Various media players do not support certain video formats hence such issues as you are faciong.
Try using realplayer to play the video if you dont have realplayer you can download it for free at realplayer.com...also try to get the sp edition it plays more formats.

Lens cleaners can actually do more harm than good, if under warranty, send it back, try all different formats of disc, if none work you may need to disassemble unit and clean laser with a cotton tip, alternatively you may need to replace the laser. Good Luck.

There are cameras having dual memory, that is inbuilt and card memory. Suppose your pictures can be downloaded from the inbuilt memory.your card may have problems. You try to format the card using camera and then give another try.

Access the player via windows explorer and there should be a video folder you should find them in.

Load main image failed

go to sandisk and go to support there you can find support the recovery software. hope it helps
