Cannot print Create cards from American Greeting.

This could be due to the print-head clogging up, or your ink cartridges being low.
First, I would suggest cleaning the printhead.

Setup menu -> Tools -> Clean Cartridges

Then try it once again. If this doesn't work, try cleaning the print head manually, as per this guide.

If the problem persists, buy new cartridges.

The issue is compatability! Its not that ether site is right or wroung its the manufacture and the driver of the printer, and with that said you need to check with that site to see if there is a compatability issue. I looked up your printer and this is not what I call a newer model for HP and these manufactures are trying to use a uni-print method that not all older models support.

I had same problem and turned printer off then then changed to different USB port turn printer back on and it worked hope this helps

I got the same message. I completed the window to set up the printer option and then it printed. But I didn't like the quality. I checked the box that said best but the lettering was grainy looking. Also the print preferences box won't open in my printer's window. I also am not showing the option to reducw size. It is there but only in light gray. I think they have issues to work out with this new program.

You have already exxplained and solved your problem.

You are using an evaluation copy released to developers to assess problems before they occur with the Puublic Release.

Windows 7 has only recently issued the RTM copy.

Unless you are in the business of evaluating why are you looking for help? It doesn't exist yet.

BTW the evaluation copy is set to expire automatically (in March I think) so what are you going to do then????

What is the error message?

it now requires a general servicing so kindly contact the manufacturer or service center

try printing from ms publisher or photoshop. it sud work

I would guess its a software issue with the program you are using for greeting cards.
