Unfortunately Sony does not have drivers available for your product on Windows 7 64bit. Windows XP was the last software available. You might try emailing Sony Support to see if they can somehow provide you with the drivers. I looked up your product on their site and there isnt anything available for that operating system.
They are thinking the cartridges are dirty or the heads. I am thinking it is a setting for the printer or an actual glitch in the printing program. If you have successfully printed on this printer before, then very carefully go through the settings, looking for print margins settings specifically. This sounds simple but you might want to make sure your paper trays are adjusted correctly.
the printer needs a proper servicing and dust cleaning done.as there is a sensor in the printer which detects whether there is paper ,or no paper in the paper tray ,that sensor is moved from its orignal position so this problem is coming.but servicing and cleaning will help.
