Here are a few things you can try: Check the power supply: Make sure that the power supply is properly plugged in and that the outlet is functioning properly. Check the remote control: Ensure that the batteries in your remote control are fresh and that it is working properly. Sometimes, a faulty remote control can cause issues with the sound bar. Reset the sound bar: Try resetting the sound bar to its factory settings. To do this, unplug the sound bar from the power source, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, then release the button and plug the sound bar back in. Please remove all extra devices (ie video game console, dvd platyer) and turn on your tv again. If not working, please attempt to change channels on your remote or remotes.

If still not working, please setup the tv like you did when you first bought it. Thank you.

Your done, replace the TV before you bury yourself in parts cost and labor.

After only three days I would take it back, or at least take the remote back and try it on a different sound bar.

Unplug the sound bar for about 10 seconds.

I don't show we have any codes for the Vizio sound bar. Have you checked your Visio manual for the code; I know that Vizio TVs provide codes for different providers. If you still can't find a code, I have provided instructions on how you can perform a power scan for programming the remote.

• Remote: All Remotes (except Basic)
  1. With the desired equipment on, press and hold the correct Mode button until all mode button back lights illuminate, then release.
  2. Press and release the Power button. AUX Mode: Before pressing and releasing the Power button
     • Press 0 for a TV
     • Press 1 for a VCR/DVD
     • Press 2 for any other device
     Then Press STAR (*)
  3. Press the Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. Note: If the code for the equipment comes up, the equipment will power off.
  4. Press the POUND (#) button. Note: If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.

We have code to use with amplifiers, TVs, VCRs, and DVD players. I do not have a code that will work on this sound bar. What is the code you are trying to use? Did Vizio supply a code with your sound bar. They do have codes to use for their TVs to program DISH remotes. Please let me know if you have a code or you can contact Vizio to see if they have a code available.

I have provided the Power Scan instructions on programming the remote to a sound bar. Use the VCR button to attempt to program the sound bar.

1. While at the sound bar location, point the remote at the sound bar. Press and hold the VCR MODE button on the remote until all four MODE buttons at the top of the remote light up.

2. Press the RECEIVER POWER button on the remote.

3. Press the UP ARROW on the remote, about one press every two seconds. Stop as soon as the sound bar turns off. This process may take several minutes.

4. Press POUND (#) on the remote. The VCR MODE button will flash three times.

(VCR button instead of TV button)

5. Press VCR MODE button, then red TV button on the remote to turn on the sound bar. Press VOLUME on the remote to confirm the remote controls the sound bar. If this does not work, return to Step 1.

Remember to press the SAT MODE button to return to the Satellite mode to change channels.
