I have a lubed my belt for the Horizon elite 3.3 T. In order to get it started I had to master reset it. The P1 Comes up and every light is on working But the belt is not turning? What is the problem?
test voltage from output control board motor, for input voltage terminal motor, if there ARE not voltage, the control board is faulty. see my personal TIPS for motor. 2) test the terminal voltage motor, if there ARE the motor is faulty. 3)loose the belt and try again if the motor is running the problem is the deck belt board, LUBE it. God bless you
You can see if the motor is the direct issue by disconnecting power from the machine.
Go under the hood and remove the pos and neg terminal from the lower control which are connected to your drive motor.
Use a Vexlar battery or the battery from a cordless drill. Tough the positive and negative terminals to the corresponding connection on the battery source.
The battery will make the motor run at a slow speed.
You can also take the pos and neg terminals from the motor and touch them together. If you manually spin the motor there will be a considerable amount of resistance fi the motor is functioning. if there is no difference in resistance with the terminals completing a circuit or not completing the issue is inside the motor.
Chech the motor to see if you have replaceable motor brushes, these are designed to wear out and are replaceable.
The Greatest issue is you are not recieving an error code on the screen about the motor not responding. Calibration of speed is an option, but the issue could go into the MCB (motor control board), large and only circuit board under the hood. The MCB is probably bad because it is not communicating the issue and the motor may also have issues if it doesn;t respond to any of the testing steps above.
this means the machine still thinks the draw is open so ofcoarse will not start, the sensor that detects the draw being shut is on the left hand side of the unit when u pull the draw out u will see 2 little clear squares on the side up the top near the control panel make sure they are clean aswell as the recieving end on the cabinet is clean as they r simple infrared sensors so if the beam of light is obstructed it wont think it is shut as the beam of light comes out of the control board and bounces off a light refracting prism and then sends it back to the board so if the beam cant return it wont start if they are all clean then you r looking at replacing the main control board as the sensor is contained within it
hi, from urdescription i think ur treadmills control module have problem. motor driving card and motor is ok. normally there are no serviceable part inside the controlling module ( user interface module). only thing can do is remove the controlling module, take out its board check all the micro switches( press button switches) replace it found faulty or not( remember to remove the power before). the refix it and the test the tread mill.
ok
your computer fails to both there is a problem on you hardwares.here are some steps to diagnose your cpu.. 1.reset all your your PCI/PCIE cards.pull it out from the socket and plug it again. 2.did you hear a beep code after you press the power button? a 1 long beep indicates a faulty on videocard replace it no beep dead mother board. 3.remove the IDE connector for your hardisk and try to booth the system.... 4.Try to reset the bios by removing the CMOS battery.
The manual said that after lubricating the deck, press Stop and Speed buttons together for 5 minutes and this will reset the lubrication message and the treadmill should work.
1. CHECK THE MAIN FUSEAND FI INGN FUSE IF OK THEN GO TO 2.
2. MAKE SURE ENGINE STOP SWITCH IS NOT ON.
3.MAKE SURE THAT FI RELAY IS CLOSING. TURN ON KEY SWITCH AND THE FI LIGHT SHOULD COME ON. THEN CHECK TO SEE IF 12VOLTS IS AT RED/WHITE WIRE COMING FROM RELAY ( RELAY IS UNDER THE SEAT)
NOW IF THIS SO YOU SHOULD HAVE SPARK AT THE PLUGS. IF NOT SOMETHING IS SHORTING THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE. MAKE SURE THE BIKE IS IN NEUTRAL
AND THE IGNITION PULSE GENERATOR IS GOOD
