Make sure that the linksys VOIP(secure) router is broadcasting it's SSID or signal, otherwise it will not reflect even if you refresh the wireless network. If the router is broadcasting SSID but the lenovo laptop is not detecting it, try to re-install the wireless software for the laptop using the software from lenovo.com, just click Support then Downloads and drivers.

Cant connect to my office router it ask to enter key what is this

Hi,
For security reasons, the wifi router is always configured with a key. This will prevent unauthorized persons to access the internet via your wifi router.
You have to ask the administrator who configured router to get the key and you have to provide the saem when prompted in your computer/laptop in order to connect to your office router.

I hope this is helpful for you.
Thanks
