SOURCE: what is the 4 digit default lock code or phone lock of motorola L6???...

please e mail me... [email protected] ....what is the default lock code of motorola L6.. im not talking about the 6 digits code or (000000)... example: when you want to lock the multimedia it requires 4 digit only... I already reset my phone.. (master clear and master reset) it requires the 6 digits code (000000).. I was expecting that the 4 digits code will be returned to default.. I tried (1234), (0000) and (1111 to 9999).. all I know is the default 6 digits code (000000) to reset my phone..

Can you set up a zte720 wireless home phone to a Motorola NVG589 U Verse wireless router for Boardband service?

There is no port for broadband(RJ45) output in ZTE720 so if your phone line terminates at ZTE720 then Motorola cannot be connected to it.
On the other hand if you terminate the your phone connection at Motorola NVG589 then you will get broadband and no output to connect to a phone line.
However there is a way and that is the phone line coming to your home can be connected to a splitter (it has one input and 2 outputs, one for phone(ZTE720) and other for router(MotorolaNVG589)).
Splitter will provide output for both devices and they can work simultaneously.

Your connection.

Why am I being required to type a secret code when the Motorola i1 needs a master reset? Any clue?

Any branded phone is required to enter your code if they wish to reset the phone setting for security purpose. other user can't access, erase or reset your phone if you put a code on it.

if you doesn't know the phone code of yours,

* phone or unlock code is set in 4 digits, for locking some features like message, photo, video and other data you wish to lock up, 1234 will be the default.
* for security code is set in 8 digits, for securing the entire phone settings, 00000000 will be the default.

If you wish a "master reset" ,be sure to back up all necessary data because everything will be gone.

I cannot find my user id and password.

Can you please tell us the exact model number of your device? You can find it at the bottom of the device itself.

Just in case you haven't tried it yet, Motorola's default username is admin and default password is motorola.

If the defaults are not working and you can't remember your password, you need to reset the device by holding down the reset button for 20 seconds at the back of it then turn off for 10 seconds. It should be back to defaults which is admin and motorola for username and password.

Can't connect to the internet wirelessly

Well, to avoid confusion, I'd start by doing a factory reset. Insert the straightened end of a paperclip into the reset hole and power up the device to do this. From there, the device should begin broadcasting the default wireless network with the name (SSID) of "Motorola." The DHCP server should also be enabled and if your computer is configured to receive an automatically assigned IP address your wireless network interface should pick up an IP. The security for the "Motorola" network is disabled by default.

Basic troubleshooting from there would be to try to see if you can connect your wireless computer to another wireless network that is know to be working well. Either buy and return another wireless access point or router from a retailer or head to a Starbucks or other establishment that offers free wireless. If the wireless computer is hooking up nicely with the secondary wireless network, you can refocus on the SBG900 as the likely source of the problem.

If after attempting the aforementioned procedures you find that the wireless computer continues to fail to connect to the SBG900 you might have to consider that you have a faulty device. At that point I would consider consulting the manufacturer's documentation.
