SOURCE: all my decorative stitches are comming out straight

it sounds like something has happened to the cam gears that
do the decorative stitches, which means the sewing machine needs
to be checked..
but before you have the machine checked,, make sure all the
dial that are used for decorative stitches are at the right setting
one missed setting can cause a lot of problems

SOURCE: all my decorative stitches are comming out straight

The term decorative electroplating refers to a process utilized to introduce a new finish on an existing metal part. Electroplating applies a thin layer of metal coating onto a substrate with electricity. The output is usually a smooth finish on interior parts in your preferred shades. It is unsurprising that decorative electroplating processes are the most prevalent solutions in the present electroplating market. We are among the electroplating companies in Dubai that can bring a level of customization in terms of style for interior parts.

You probably need to widen the stitch width before it will let you sew. Or change the pressed foot to accommodate the movement of the needle when making decorative stitches.

How to fix decorative stitches for sewing machine.

Make & Model??? Sounds like the stitch selector mechanism is stuck. If it's a mechanical machine, you can try oiling the mechanics of the stitch selector with Tri-Flow Synthetic Oil and then heat with hand-held hair dryer.

In most cases Laurie, with decorative stitches selected some machines can't sew in reverse. Your stitch length is too long or too short to make the decorative stitches sew correctly. So many things could be wrong. I'd need more info to get you going again.

What dial position due I need for straight stitch. All I can get is decorative stitches

I can't find a clear image of the machine dials - if you can add a photo that would help. There must be a neutral position for the dial or a button somewhere to switch off the decorative stitches. Try turning the dial to the section without any stitches marked.

You obviously have a faulty machine take it back to your dealer where you bought or directly contact Bernina.
