To login to your BT email account, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to www.bt.com/btmail
2. Enter your 'BT ID or Email address' and 'Password' in the respective boxes.
3. Click 'Log in to email' to login to your email account.
On the assumption that your bt/yahoo email is correct. Just ring BT support and explain your problem and they will assist. You shouldn't really put your login/passwords onto the internet in any shape or form
BT had 2 different accounts---BT Yahoo Mail and BT Mail
They are being merged to just BT Mail. You Have more
Than likely been removed. Suggest you set up your own account
with Yahoo or Google and reconstruct your contact list.
That way when you change service providers keep your own E-Mail account. Don't use the service providers account.
You're not alone with this problem.
BT have recently changed the way you 'log in'. I have managed to log into my bt mail once in the last 2 months. try going to bt.com or btinternet.com and see if you can 'find a way through'.
