Hello,

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it in again?

If you print a power on test label, see if the print is aligned, id so, use the top of form setttings to get all the print on the label.

As far as a USB, the printer will only take RS232-422,485, and parallel, and you can add the factory Nic card or use an external print server.

Label definition in printer driver may need adjustment. Try calibrating printer, printer on solid green light, hold down feed key & release after light blinks 4 times, (blinks once, twice, three times then 4 times) Download the Zebra setup utility and use it to configure printer.

Label position may be off. Power on while pressing the cancel key for 10 seconds. This should print a configuration label. Use large label for this. Check the parameters, specifically top position and tear off position. The default is 0. You might also check the main drive belt for stretch or missing teeth. You need a user manual for that printer because there is no lcd panel. It is not user friendly without manual.

Not printing properly

Printhead should be cleaned with a 90% alcohol solution, however that should not cause blurry print. I've seen some labeling programs that will blur part of your label after the trial period has expired. I would check to see if this happens on test prints also. Do a test print by holding down the button on power up and letting it go after the first blink.

I am using a Zebra 105SE printer. When I print labels, I can not get the text to start at the top of the label. No matter what I do, the text starts half way down the label.

Only prints on bottom half of label.

Your scanner and thermal printer has got loose connection. Print head also may need cleaning by own system. try from the software.
