I lately bought the Samsung Chat 335. When you start the phone for the first time, you receive a few messages with configurations for mobile internet etc. Whenever I try to install the mobile internet it says: "invalid network-PIN". What's wrong with it?
Are you Using Duel Sim Phone If Duel sim just put the net sim card in 1st sim slot because its a master sim slot !

Is Opera mini is preloded if yes just check the setting panel in opera mini and their is one option asking you for HTML or Socket mode if it is HTML make it socket & if its Socket make it html
open it up ..and see what is wrong with the first slot of ram memory ...if the inserted module is not working ...than remove it ..(to check if it works just leave it by itself and try to start the computer ..) anyway ..if there isn't any module in the first slot ..than move one from the last slot ..I mean mount the modules in slots from number 1 to ...as many you have available ...After finish ...restart ..press delete button right the way to go to bios settings ...and in here ..look for optimal factory default settings ..and engage them by selecting with arrows..and enter..and confirm with enter (Y) to save settings before exit ..press F 10 ..and enter .. This will assure the ram configuration ...in the correct way .. Please read careful ..and ask if you do not understand something ...and also ..please rate my answer..cause it helps with my rating and activity on the site..
first of all insert ur pendrive correctly n firmly into the usb slot wen the new hardware icon displays u just refresh ur computer by pressing the F5 button on ur keyboard do this nearly 5 times then wait for few seconds; once the new hardware is done installing ur pendrive is visible in "my computer"; double click on the new displayed icon and start using it . If the above procedure doesnt work 1st time please do repeat it again ur pendrive will work for surelly
1st try to exchange the cards in the slot.
2nd try another card
3rd ur RAM slot may not be ok
4th ur RAMs may not be compatible
5th ur new RAM card may not be ok
use same type of RAMs, and same size...
if u have 256, add 256
if u ahve 128 add 128
if u have SDR then dont add DDR
getting compatibility is little difficult...
some times no combinations can work...
note...technology keeps changing...so a old RAM card that was bought years ago may not be compatible with a new RAM card....
even i got all my old RAM cards(256+128) removed and got 2 - 512mb of the same type fixed...even i had issues with my RAMs for 6 months...
Hi, well to start things off, I have the exact same problem. I want the Sidekick but cannot get the internet and my mom won't pay it for me. So what you have to do is buy it for the retail price, therefore "just the phone". Imagine it like this: you're buying a computer without internet. Same principle. When you buy it for the retail price, it will be a bit more expensive but you don't need internet and it will save you about $30 a month. Which is a life saver. So all you have to do is get it for the retail price, they cannot refuse. If they do either bring it up to the owner, or forget about the phone.
I was 1st confused about this too. The E expresses that you are able to access the internet via the network. E stands for EDGE: the wireless term for surfing mobile. This icon will change from E to 2.5G or just G. The scale starts at E for simple internet and goes up to G 2.5G and finally 3G. 3G is the fastest internet speed invented for mobile, as your hear in many Ads. Hope i was a help. All in all, the E is good.
Slide the sim card back and forth slowly in the correct slot oriented correctly make sure you're in the correct slot, there are two. Mine did the same thing and it fixed it.
The above 3 problems ( automatic MMS sending, slow performance, auto restart, etc) can be solved by formatting.
The process for formatting is :
1) turn on the phone
2) press and hold the 3 buttons ( green dial button + * + 3 button ) and turn on the phone.
3) hold 3 buttons until formatting screen appears.
4) after formatting, it asks for restart.
5) after restart, ur phone is ready as in the 1st bought form .
