You need to get an AGP slot graphics card.

Usually and indication of a memory issue. Power off the computer and pull all memory out. Place memory in one at a time into a slot and power on. If it fails on a particular chip, that would be the bad memory module. If it fails on every chip, the slot could be bad. If it does not fail and any chip, try each slot individually.
