It depends on many factors e.g. country/carrier etc. The best way is to contact Samsung and request a factory unlock code (not cheap though)

try take the battery and simcard out replace the battery but not the sim card connect to charger and then hold power button

You should be able to do this by going into call history and delete by name in groups there.

change faulty microfone, or use headphone

go to settings ,phone settings,reset all

change the battery

HOW TO REMOVE UNWANTED WORDS FROM YOUR GALAXY S3:

Since I could not find any solution on the internet, I had no choice but to figure it out myself. After hrs of messing with my phone, I finally figured it out and wanted to share with those that are still needing answers for this specific issue because I know how annoying it is. So here it is.... ^-^

1) Go to SETTING
2) Select LANGUAGE AND INPUT
3) Tap on the setting LOGO next to SAMSUNG KEYBOARD
4) Select PREDICTIVE TEXT
5) Select MY WORD LIST located at the bottom
6) Tap on the trash LOGO (top right)
7) Select unwanted words
8) Select DELETE (top right)
9) Confirm DELETE

take it to a back street phone guy they will unlock it for you & reprogram it.

go to settings then click on Accounts tab then backup/reset

Try to factory reset. IF you still have the same afterwords the only way is to re-flash the system with factory official ROM. If that doesn't help either replace defective.
