C840 resolution difficulties...

You will need to go to advanced settings under resolution options and set the display to 60hz refresh rate then go back to resolution and set your native, the problem is its probably trying to default to 75hz and is causing an issue

What are you sending to the projector? The ES4 is a native S-VGA resolution machine. This means it has a 4:3 display panel with a pixel count of 800x600. It will accept higher resolutions, but there may be some combinations that are 16:9/16:10 that the projector isn't happy with; specifically 1080p @ 24/50/60Hz. It maxes out at 1080i 60Hz. So if you are connecting a laptop with a native resolution of 1920x1080 then the projector will struggle.

The other thing you should do once you get a signal working on the projector is to set the laptop output to the projector's native resolution. This will give the crispest image.

Toggle the laptop display (Fn + appropriate F key) so that laptop screen is off and the projector is the only thing getting a signal. Then right click on the Windows desktop area, and then select Graphics Properties from the sub menu. Change the settings from there.

after you connect the laptop and the image shifts to the right, press auto adjust on the remote and the image will get OK.
If not try resetting the projector settings to factory [not the lamp settings]
this should solve the problem
if not change the main board

Right click on desk top and get the menu for changing screen resolution.

Swap the two MP771s over and see if the fault lies with the projector or not. If the problem image swaps over then your two projectors are behaving differently. Perhaps a factory reset might help.

I'd say that it is more likely that the problem lies with your graphics card settings rather than the projector. Projectors, in general, have a native resolution. Most of them will accept non-native resolutions and interpret them to fit, but the actual resolution of the projector can't change. Triple Heads to Go are quite tricky to setup. You should check the TH2G manual and see that the screen resolution which you are attempting to use is supported, the analog versions are quite particular.

Adjust your graphics card settings and see if that helps (This is where you will find the solution!). You need to compare possible settings with those of the TH2G and the projectors (The projectors get 1/3 if the TH2G accepts and splits the signal properly). You should be able to view the actual projector input settings to see how they compare to what you expect.
Start at the lowest 12x3 screen resolution that the TH2G will accept and see if that helps. Make sure refresh rates are set to match too.
It can be a fiddly process, however once you find the correct settings then it should all work great for you.

Native resolution for this monoitor is 1024 × 768 @ 60Hz (native and maximum). for correct ratio.

That should be normal. If you use a resolution that is lower then the physical device it will leave the edges black. If the screen printing is to small change fonts and icon sizes instead.

The frequency failure is probably a message from the monitor to say it cannot cope. When setting resolution click "advanved" and try reducing the frequency.

Laptops when running in non native resolutions sometimes tend to use a small area, so that the bluring of text is not noticeable. The reason is that laptop text is only sharp in its native resolution, and in your case the possibility is that your native resolution is 1600x1200 (If you can post the exact model or a link with your machine configuration, I can confirm what the native resolution is).

However you can make the icons and text larger, the best way is to and change the font size in windows (display settings) from the normal to large or extra large. This makes all the fonts much larger and easy on the eye, and it also will keep the text large as you are still running it in native solution mode.
