Lena, you can look for the manual on manualsonline.com Once you are on the site you see " popular brands" look for Simens and click. Up comes Simens click on coffee makers. Look for your make and download the manual free. I hope this is clear enough. Enjoy your coffee Kolbrun

Use less coffe , you are using too much , reduce the amout you are using . Presto . Also use homogenized milk , not skim , or fat free . Also use the water vapour to heat the cup before you make coffe , capuchino , caffe-latte, mocachino , espresso etc .

HAVE LOST MANUAL. HOW DO I CLEAN IT

You will need the de-liming tool to proceed. Run a pot of white distilled viniger thouth the coffe maker. Viniger is a excellent cleaner & will not hurt any internal parts.

Don't know nothing abiut the expresso side of this machime

If you read the manual it tells you how to use the espresso part of your machine. As for what to use in it I would say it is personal choice. I only use espresso roast in mine. As a previous owner of a coffee shop I know a little about coffee. For the most part it is not the beans that are different but how they are roasted. I would say try different flavors of coffee/espresso beans to find the one you like best. I prefer ordering my beans online from Kaldi coffee.com

I have lost the instructions

I still have mine and have scanned it in.
Unfortunately it's old and the paper isn't the best so quality is not the best but certainly usable.

So if you are still looking and need a manual, I could put it on GoogleDocs for you?
