C004C problem on konica minolta magicolor 4960 mf printer. how to fix the problem

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.

This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.
