SOURCE: cant thread the bobbin - janome 525,Hello kitty, its like the chamber below is out of alignment.

if it's out of alignment then it will have to be fixed at a sewing machine repair shop

There is a removable tray on the front. Pull it to the left. This will expose the bobbin door. Lift the clip on the bobbin case to remove and replace it on the hook.

Janome hello kitty 525 won't feed fabric or needle does not move up and down. Everything seem to be thread correctly and clean.
Hi Thi: make sure the machine is not set to wind the bobbin. Turn the handwheel towards you and see if the needle moves. You may have a belt that has come off. Does the machine make noise like the motor is running when you press the foot control?

I can usually find manuals on Janome no problem but I can't access the one for Hello Kitty.
If you click on the specifications for any machine on the Janome site a PDF appears with a download manual button next to it. I can see the PDF but no download manual button.

Try ebay for a power cord. A Janome cord should fit more than one machine. Just check the connection pins etc match.
