Hi Claude. If your spa jets appear to be pulsating or pausing, first check to make sure your filter isnot clogged. If your filter appears to be okay, you should next take a look at your hot tub's water level. If there is too little water, air could be working its way into the system through the jets.
In order to properly seal the jet in place with silicone you must remove the wall fitting from the inside of the tub. The wall fitting is threaded into the jet body from the inside of the tub.
Once the wall fitting has been removed you can put a small bead of silicone around the underside of the flange and thread it back into the jet body. Clean up the excess silicone after it squishes out with DeNatured Alcohol.
If you plan on just putting a bead of silicone around the outside edge of the jet body behind the tub, do not waste the silicone or your time as it will not solve the leak in the tub.
Jet bodies match only the jet trim that goes with them. These are a set and are not interchangeable with other models or brands of jet. Each Bath Part in unique in subtle ways only. In order to find the correct jet body you need to match up the face of the jet trim to what is shown online. Once you know that brand of jet trim we can find you the correct jet body. I would invite you to search our site at US Parts Center and see if you can find the jet face that you have. Once you do we will be able to match up the correct jet body for you.
The workings of a bath jet...From the inside of the Bath there is a wall fitting that threads from the inside of the tub into the jet body located on the outside wall of the tub. If the jet is leaking at this point behind the tub then you should take the wall fitting out of the tub and put a small bead of 100% RTV silicone around the flange of the wall fitting and reinstall it. If however, the leak is from the PVC piping going into the jet then you will need to replace the jet.
I have worked on jetted tubs for 5 years and have yet seen a screw in plug replacement for the jet. It would be very expensive to fill the holes and refinish it. You may want to look into tub liners, they to are very expensive. I guess it depends on how long you plan to live in that house. If they are not leaking just use it as a tub and don't use the jets.
Not sure exactly what you are needing? Carb size? Jet sizes?Float adj?
Also ,is this an '86 TT225S? If so the carb is a 40mm Mikuni, the Pilot/Slow Jet is a #42, the Main jet is a #118
Can you be more specific on model and what you are looking for if this is not what you need?
