I have a sansa e280 and i like listening to speaking cds. I tried to download one and it downloaded fine. But when I tried listening to it, it would stop after every track.

You already have firmware installed in the e280. You can download the Sansa Firmware Updater from the manufacturer's web site at http://www.sansa.com , which will tell you whether or not there is a newer version available for download.
try formatting it and reinstalling the firmware if u need the driver i think u can download it from here http://www.drivers.mrjuan.com/driver-5950-sansa-e280.html

If you download a program called "media monkey" it will rip cds to your pc and "sync" to your player. its a free media player, I don't know the site just google media monkey and download.
To get rid of that message, you need to connect your Sansa to your computer and open the Rhapsody software to "deauthorize" your Sansa (assuming that you're not going to be using the Rhapsody service).
