If you have downloaded and installed Google Sync, new events that you create on your phone or on Google Calendar will be synced automatically. No existing events on your Blackberry will be synced, unfortunately.
Hope this helps!

How do i add gmail calender in iphone

Follow the steps carefully

  • First, lets make sure your Calendar is properly synced. The process is the same on both devices.
  • Go to Settings, then open Mail/Contacts/Calendars.
  • Next, select Add Account and Gmail. However, if you have already added your Gmail account, then instead of Add Account, choose Gmail from the account list.
  • Toggle the Calendar switch to On.
  • Otherwise, add your Google account information and a description of the calendar, and ensure that the Calendar option is switched on. Syncing will begin when you next open the Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad.

I want to import blackberry contacts to my iPad via Bluetooth. How can I do that?

Improve the FixYa experience for everyone by voting. I want you to let me know if the solution(s) suggested were of any value. Constructive criticism is welcomed.

    Hi,

I'm Ben and -- hopefully -- I can provide some meaningful assistance.

The following sounds complicated but it is very easy if you carefully follow the instructions.

Unfortunately, there is no cable to connect the BlackBerry and iPhone together and a user can't transfer BlackBerry contacts to iPhone directly via USB cable. So, we should export contacts out of BlackBerry and save onto a program, then import the contacts from the program to iPhone.

Things you'll need to transfer BlackBerry contacts to iPhone.

    • Download Google sync on the Blackberry by paying a visit to m.google.com/sync.
    • Synced Blackberry contacts to Google Account. If you are not Google gmail user, please Go to Google and register one. It is rather simple.
    • Export Google account contacts to computer as .csv or .vcf file.
    • Import the .csv or vCard file to iPhone with iPhone contacts transfer.

If you are the first time using Google Sync on BlackBerry. all the contacts from your blackBerry are saved to your Gmail contacts in a group called My Contacts.
Please login your Gmail and Go to "Contacts" option on the left of Gmail account.
Then you'll see a "more" menu. Click it and you'll see a drop-down menu.
    Select "Export" contacts.
There are three models to export contacts out of Google account.
    1. Export Group "My contacts" to Google CSV format.
    Export Google contacts as csv
    2. Export Group "My contacts" to Outlook CSV format. Export Google Contacts to Outlook CSV
    3. Export Group "My contacts" to vCard format. So that you can import the contacts to Apple Address book or iOS devices.Such as import to iPhone, iPod touch, iPad. Export Group "My contacts" to vCard format

Now, import vCard file to iPhone

You can save the Google account contacts to computer as vCard file and download this iPhone contacts transfer program.

    Sync to my laptop

There is no syncing software for Android phones and your laptop. Android based phones sync with google and the gmail account you created. You can use google calendar sync to sync your calendar FROM google to your outloook, you can also export contacts to a CSV and import them to google to get them on your phone.
The best way to do it is to use exchange through intermedia or another service and have wireless sync that way, but there's no syncing option to go from your computer to the phone like the blackberry has.

I do not have general options on my RIM pearl 8220 to turn off the flip auto answer

Try this -- download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager software from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=DA5FB46338C8C0DCB1039F7898184FC5

Once installed, connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB sync cable. Open Desktop Manager, and click the Application Loader. On the right, you will see Update your device software. Click the Start Button, and if your BlackBerry is not on the latest Handheld Software, an update will appear. Select the update, and run the install. Be sure to select the option that backs up and restores your data. Once started, do not shut down your computer, or disconnect the USB sync cable as this could damage the device.

Once completed, your BlackBerry will restart and you will have the latest version available. This version has been known to correct various issues.
